This website is published by L.J. Merrick Books as part of the Ryder Carter book series. Goldenvale is the town where the stories take place.
What we collect
Browsing this site: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited), kept briefly for security and troubleshooting. No accounts, no comments, no tracking pixels, no advertising.
The Goldenvale Dispatch: when the newsletter sign-up form is active, the email address you enter is stored with our email service provider (Brevo) and used only to send you the Dispatch. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works the first time.
What we don’t do
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone. We do not send marketing on behalf of third parties. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children — the Dispatch sign-up is intended for adults.
